Papercut will not start

Sep 25, 2014 at 5:57 PM
I have been using papercut for some time but this morning it will not start. The papercut window comes up in a disabled state and then I get a popup saying Papercut has stopped working (from windows). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not help. I have tried to figure out where the logs are but have been unsuccessful. Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry I posted too soon. I have now found the log and it appears the error is "Failed to parse message headers". Here's a traceback:

Sorry for the confusion. There was an email that it couldn't parse. Took me a good bit of time to figure out where emails are stored now, but deleting the email fixed the problem.
