we'd like to use Papercut for our Staging. But it seems it has no web-interface (only Windows-app interface). This makes only usable for local development environment (because RDPing to staging every time is a bad option for us).
We'd like to use it on staging and setup a separate web-app to see which emails have been sent by our Staging.
Simple ASP.NET app would be sufficient.

A web interface for Papercut is a bit out of scope. Why not simply direct emails from staging to that other system? Another option is that now papercut supports a backend service installation and "watching" a folder for new files. A simple network share might work.
